So Clinton will be home on R&R tommrow. I'm really excited. That means this deployment is half way over. He is coming over one day for dinner and to see the kiddos. Im makin him Mex. Chicken Idk what I'll do for sides or dessart Any1 have and good recipes??? Anyway i'm just really excited about that. after he goes back he will only have 6 more months its amazing how fast the last 6 have passed.

So glad your friend is coming home for a while!
I serve rice-a-roni spanish rice with a lot of my mexican dishes. It's quick and easy and very yummy! Add little salsa and chips as another side and you're set! :)
